This is a four-week Journaling for Well-Being course designed for adults and young people who want to improve their emotional well-being in a supportive and accessible way. The course is suitable for learners of all backgrounds, including those who are new to journaling, returning to self-development after a break, or looking for structured tools to support their mental health. It is suitable for learners of any level. Responses can be written in English or another language.
This course will help you develop a clear understanding of how journaling can support emotional regulation, stress reduction, and positive thinking. You will learn practical techniques that can be applied to real-life situations, such as coping with workplace stress, navigating periods of change, managing anxiety, processing difficult emotions, and building healthier habits.
